Bookings can be made online, through email or phone, the lead client must be over 18 years of age. Once the appropriate fee has been paid, we will email confirmation and set-up your online booking profile, which will show the amount paid, date booked and the course you are booked on. At this point your binding contract will come into existence. Please check all your documents carefully paying attention to the room type on your booking and the golf school confirmation. If you find any information to be incorrect, contact us immediately as it may not be possible to change it at a later date. We do not accept liability for errors notified to us after 72 hours of the date of booking the break.<\/p>\n
Where your booking is for more than one person, the named person responsible for booking your Golf School will be treated as the lead name for your booking. The lead name will be responsible for making all payments due to us in accordance with our contract. The lead name is also responsible for keeping all members of his\/her party informed as to the booking details, and informing us, in writing, of any amendments to the booking.<\/p>\n
Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us. All cancellations must be made through email and are subject to the conditions and charges (based on the total booking cost) Cancellation Charge (% of total booking amount)<\/p>\n
